'No one even clapped', Chidambaram's taunt on PM Modi's UNGA address, Sibal's comment too

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on the last day of his US visit on Saturday. Congress leader P. Chidambaram has taken a jibe at this.

Along with this, Congress leader Kapil Sibal has surrounded the CMs of UP and Assam on the pretext of PM Modi's statement.

Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP P. Chidambaram tweeted that only a few seats were filled during PM Modi's address. He also said that no one even clapped after PM Modi's address. Chidambaram tweeted, 'When PM Modi addressed the United Nations General Assembly, I was very disappointed that only a few seats were filled. And what was even more disappointing was that when someone addressed the UN General Assembly, I was very disappointed that only a few seats were filled. And it was even more disappointing when no one even clapped. He wrote that India's permanent mission in the United Nations has gone awry.

Sibal's tweet also came 

Congress leader Kapil Sibal wrote in a tweet that while speaking at UNGA, PM Modi has described India as Mother of All-Democracy, I hope Yogi ji (UP CM Yogi Adityanath) and Himanta Biswa Sharma (Assam CM) will be listening.
